Standard Shipping: Each of our custom creations is handcrafted with love and care, so please allow up to 4 weeks for processing and shipping. Great things take time!
🎀 Supplies, Charms & Fabrics

Processing Time: Orders will be processed within 3-5 days

Rush Processing: Rush processing is currently not available for supplies and fabrics.

Fabric Orders: Most fabrics ship within 3-5 days. For 1/2 yard or larger fabrics, we may need to order directly from our supplier, and these will ship within 7-10 days.

1-Week Shipping: Add “RUSH SHIPPING” to your cart at checkout for an additional $75.

⚡️ Rush Processing vs. Rush Shipping
To make sure your items arrive as quickly as possible, rush processing and rush shipping are two separate services that can both be applied:

Rush Processing: This service speeds up the time it takes to create and prepare your items for shipment. It is not currently available for supplies and fabrics, but for custom shoes, clothing, and jewelry, we can expedite this process for an additional fee.

Rush Shipping: This service speeds up the actual shipping time once your items are ready to be sent out. Choose either 1-Week Shipping or 2-Week Shipping to get your order delivered faster.
Important: In some cases, both rush processing and rush shipping may be required to meet your specific delivery timeline. Please contact us if you need to ensure your order arrives on time, and we’ll guide you on the best options!

📦 Lost or Missing Package Policy
We take great care in packaging and shipping every order. Once your package leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or missing, here's what to do:

🚨 Lost or Stolen Packages
