Our repair policy is designed to ensure you can continue to enjoy your custom pieces without worry. This policy applies to items with minimal wear and tear or items that are within 60 days of purchase, whichever is most feasible. If a minor repair is needed and the item fits these guidelines, The Croc Doc will personally assess your request to determine the best way to restore your piece to its original condition.
To request a repair, simply text (302) 217-0738 with your name and a picture of the damaged area(s). From there, we can arrange a pick-up, meet-up, or send you a return label at no extra cost, making the repair process as seamless as possible.
🔔 Please Note: Any footwear that appears intentionally damaged, tampered with, or unclean will be voided from this protection. Additionally, items over 60 days old or with significant wear and tear may be denied for servicing.
