🚚 Shipping & Processing Times

We carefully handcraft your beaded, bedazzled, and blinged-out goodies to perfection! Processing and shipping times vary by product:

• Standard Processing & Shipping: Up to 4 weeks – Customization takes time, but perfection is worth the wait!

• Rush Processing Options: Need your order faster? Upgrade at checkout:

  • 💨 7-Day Processing & Shipping – $75

  • ⚡ 14-Day Processing & Shipping – $50

📢 Rush Processing vs. Rush Shipping – Know the Difference!

• Rush Processing: Moves your order to the front of the production line, ensuring it is crafted and shipped faster.

• Rush Shipping: Applies only to the shipping speed once your order has been completed and does not speed up the creation of custom items.

• For faster delivery, you may need both Rush Processing & Expedited Shipping.

• Ship within 7-10 days (rush processing not available).

📦 Lost or Missing Package Policy

We take every precaution to securely package and ship your order, but once it leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the shipping carrier.

🔍 Tracking & Delivery Issues

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. If your package is marked “Delivered” but you can’t find it:

• Check with neighbors or household members.

• Look around your delivery area (porch, mailbox, side door, etc.).

• Wait 24-48 hours, as carriers sometimes scan packages early.

• Contact your local post office or shipping carrier for details.

🚨 Lost or Stolen Packages

• If tracking shows “Delivered”, but you haven’t received your package, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered items.

• If your package is lost in transit (never marked as delivered), contact us, and we’ll assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

🚨 Bogus Chargebacks = Website Ban 🚨

Fraudulent chargebacks will not be tolerated. Attempting to dispute a legitimate order will result in permanent removal from our website.

3️⃣ Deposits & Cancellations

• Deposits Are Non-Refundable: If you place a deposit on a custom order and later forfeit or back out for any reason, the deposit will not be refunded.

• Orders cannot be canceled or changed after 24 hours, as production begins quickly to bring your vision to life.

• Incorrect Address: Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information. We are not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses.

4️⃣ Payment & Pricing

• We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods.

• Prices are subject to change without notice due to market trends and material costs.

5️⃣ Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

By submitting photos, videos, audio recordings, testimonials, or any other content to B.eaded E.verything, you grant us the irrevocable right to use this material for advertising and promotional purposes across all media platforms, including but not limited to social media, websites, and print materials.

• Wear and tear is natural—customized pieces are works of art 🎨 and require special care! After 90 days, ongoing use, storage conditions, and handling can impact durability. 🛍️
• We don’t accept shoes after 90 days for any repairs or claims. We trust our craftsmanship, but no item is indestructible. 👠
