A recurring issue is sorting charms for customers who know they wonโt be purchasing until payday. While we understand budgeting is important, holding inventory for days (or weeks) without a confirmed sale creates unnecessary delays and inefficiencies.
3. Indecisiveness and Endless Requests
Some customers will request one charm at a time, repeatedly asking if specific colors are available. This level of indecision adds layers of complexity, creating delays for other orders and complicating our workflow.
4. Unreasonable Expectations
Many requests involve sorting through random charms with the expectation that they will be held indefinitely, even if the customer doesnโt follow through. This often results in wasted time and resources with no guaranteed sale.
5. Already-Organized Charm Sets
We offer color-organized charm sets, making it easy to shop without the need for tedious sorting. Unfortunately, some requests demand that random charms also be sorted by color, adding more complexity to the process.
